固体酸催化合成硼酸二(3-硬脂酰氧基-1,2-丙二醇)酯

摘  要:以硼酸二(3-羟甲基-1,2-丙二醇)酯和硬脂酸为原料,各种常见固体超强酸为催化剂,合成了硼酸二(3-硬脂酰氧基-1,2—丙二醇)酯。比较了各种常见固体超强酸对于该反应的催化活性,发现TiO2/SO42-型固体超强酸的催化活性最好。并探讨了TiO2/SO42-型固体超强酸的用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,TiO2/SO42-型固体超强酸催化活性高、催化速率快、化学稳定性好、重复使用性佳、环境友好。在最佳条件下,硼酸二(3-硬脂酰氧基-1,2-丙二醇)酯的收率可达85.3%。Boric acid - 2 - (3 - stearic common catalysts, using boric acid - 2 - (3 - acyloxy - 1,2 - propylene glycol)ester was synthesized catalyzed by various hydroxymethyl-1,2- propylene glycol)ester and stearlc acid as starting materials. The catalytic activities of different solid superacid were compared, the results showing that TiO2/SO4^2- solid superacid catalyst has the best catalytic activity. Such factors influencing reaction as the amount of were explored. The results showed that, the TiO2/SO4^2- solid superacid catalyst had high catalytic activity, high catalytic speed, perfect chemical stability, excellent reusability and eco- friendly effects. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was up to 85.3 %.
