摘　　要：超临界流体萃取技术是一种新型高效分离技术,也是中药现代化的关键技术之一。简要介绍了超临界CO2萃取技术的基本原理、特点及其在中药有效成分提取中的应用。Supercritical fluid extraction（SFE） is a new and high efficiency separation technology,which is one of the key technologies in Chinese medicine modernization. In this article, the basic principle and characteristics of SFE and its application to extract the effective components of Chinese herbal medicine was simply introduced.
