摘　　要：国外区域政策有效性理论及评价研究已经取得了长足的发展,本文通过综述英国、美国等发达国家和地区的区域政策有效性评价理论和实证研究文献,阐明了国外区域政策有效性评价研究中内容和方法的演变过程,并指出其研究中存在的不足,最后为我国区域政策制定和研究提供了相关的建议。The study on validity evaluation of foreign regional policy has made great progress. By theoretically and empirically reviewing such studies in the UK and USA, this paper illustrates the evolvement of contents and approaches in the research, and points out the problems. Finally it puts forward some suggestions for establishment of and study on regional policy in China.
