蔓荆子不同炮制品挥发油GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用GC－MS计算机联用仪，对蔓荆子不同炮制品的挥发油进行了分析研究。结果表明，炮制后挥发油含量减少，质量发生变化。共分离鉴定出26个化合物，生品和微炒品均检出26个。炒焦品检出20个，炒炭品检出16个。Components of volatile oil in differently processed products of Vitex trifolia var. simplicifolia Cham. were analysed with GC-MS-computer method. Results showed that content of volatile oil was decreased and its quality changed after processing. A total of 26 components were identified. There were 26 in raw sample,26 in slightly roasted sample,20 in burnt sample and 16 in charred sample.
