摘　　要：1998年,河北省通过组织实施国家863计划智能化农业信息技术——河北示范区项目,研制开发了集农业专家系统咨询服务、农业智能语音查询服务、农业手机短信服务、网站综合信息服务、单机版光盘、农业触摸屏等为一体的智能化农技推广综合服务模式。经几年的应用并不断完善和创新,使其更具先进性、科学性、实用性,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。In 1998, Hebei province developed the intelligent agricultural technology extension service mode that integrates the agricultural expert system consultation service, the agricultural intelligent voice inquiry service, the agricultural mobile phone message service, the website general information service, the single-unit CD, the agricultural touch screen and so on by organizing and implementing the project of the State 863 Program Intelligent Agricultural Information Technology Hebei Demonstration Zone. Years＇ application and constant improvement and innovation make it more advanced, scientific, and practical, and which has led to significant economic and social benefits.
