摘　　要：着力阐述了伴随高校规模的扩大,教学秘书工作的变化及存在的问题。从教学秘书岗位、教学秘书的素质、教学管理制度、教学管理手段等方面提出了解决这些问题一系列的方法,对教学秘书工作改革进行了有益的探索。The paper formulizes work changing and exiting problem of teaching secretary with expanding scale of colleges and universities. And it puts forward solutions from those sides,such as station of teaching secretary, diathesis of teaching and so on. At a time the paper secretary, system of teaching management, means of teaching management explores reform of teaching secretary.
