中药青葙子、土鳖虫的等电聚焦电泳研究

摘　　要：应用等电聚焦电泳（isoelectricfocusingelectrophoresis简称IFE）技术，对果实种子类中药育葙子CelosiaargenteaL．和动物类中药土鳖虫EupolyphagasinensisWalk进行IFE研究。结果表明，清晰的电泳港带既可作为鉴别药物纯度及真伪的依据，也可用于确定药物样品所含主要蛋白质成分的等电PH，从而为中药材及其制剂的生产、贮藏提供定量参考数据。Isoelectric focusina Electrophoresis(lFE)was use to detenmine the isoelectric point of main protein composition in Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM ) either of animal origin Such as (EuPotyPhage sinenses)orfrom fruit or seed of plants (such as the seed of CeIosia urgeatea). Results showed that their IFE bands werealways quite distinct,which can be used to assess their quality and to distinguish them from confusable varieties.
