摘　　要：神经干细胞是神经系统中能够增殖分化成神经元和胶质细胞的特定原始神经细胞,它具有高度的自我更新能力、多潜能分化、迁移功能及良好的组织融合性等特性。目前已在哺乳动物的中枢神经系统多个部位发现并分离出神经干细胞。同时,神经干细胞的分化又受到其所处微环境的影响,因此,对于微环境的研究将对临床治疗神经系统疾病有重要意义。Neural stem ceils are often defined as primitive neurecyte which can generate both neurons and glia. which has many characters of high self-renew, muhipotential differentiation,migrntion function and good tissue fusion, now days, nerve stem cells can be isolated from many parts of central nervous system in mammalian, whose differentiation can be influenced by its Niche. so the study about its Niche will have an important significance to the clinical therapy of nervous system diseases.
