摘　　要：冠心病的常见危险因素不能解释所有心血管疾病的发生,一些新的危险因素如高纤维蛋白原、高同型半胱氨酸、感染、炎症、性格、心率、社会经济地位在冠心病的发生和发展中起重要的作用。The common risk factors of coronary heart disease can not explain the development of all angiocardiopathy. Some new risk factors including high fibrinogen and homocysteine, infections, inflammation, character, heart rate and socioeconomic status play an active role in its occurrence and development.
