摘　　要：糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病常见并发症,以周围神经病变多见,常侵犯感觉神经、运动神经和自主神经。发病机制主要与长期高血糖导致的代谢障碍和血液循环障碍有关,是高血糖环境下线粒体电子传递链过氧化物产生过量导致的结果。临床表现多样化,可累及全身各个系统。现临床检测手段有限,治疗的目标为缓解症状及预防神经病变的进展和恶化。Diabetic neurupathy, especially conditions pathological change is common complication in diabete,which can hurt sensory nerve,motor nerve and autonomic nerve. The mechanism was related to abnormal metabolism and dysaemia, caused by long term hyperglycosemia, which can induce the overdose of peroxid of electron tranfer chain in mitochondria. Its manifestation is diversified, which can involved in every system all over the body. Its clinical detection method is very limited. Its therapeutic object is to relieve symptom and prevent its development and aggravation.
