摘　　要：环境监测计量仪器检定信息管理系统以仪器档案管理工作为对象,处理仪器检定管理的各种业务,建立仪器检定质量保证体系;本文简单分析山东省环境监测中心站计量仪器信息管理的需求,阐述软件的设计指导思想及开发方法,主要对系统结构、系统功能、技术特点等在设计上的基本考虑进行论述。The management information system for environment Monitoring devices used for measuring takes the instrument file as the object, handling various instrument examination business , building up the control system of instrument examination quality; This paper analyzes simply the managing need of Shandong Provincial Environmental Monitoring Center for measuring instrument information system and elaborates the developing method . And this paper discusses the design thought on the system structure, system function and the technique characteristics etc..
