循环经济与区域经济发展——以台州废旧五金拆解业为例

摘　　要：主要从循环经济角度探讨了台州区域经济发展的过程。首先,循环经济解决了台州“块状经济”发展所需的原料来源;其次,以废旧五金拆解业为主体的循环经济增长方式促进了台州经济的发展;第三,废旧五金拆解业也对台州的生态环境造成了一定的消极影响。最后提出了台州废旧五金拆解业发展现存的问题与相对应的政策建议。This paper explains the process of regional economic development of Taizhou from the angle of recycle economy. First, recycle economy supplies with the materials for the industry cluster in Taizhou. Second, recycle economy promotes the economic development of Taizhou. Third, waste metal dismantling industry also has negative influence on the environment of Taizhou. In the end, we summarize the problems of waste metal dismantling industry in Taizhou and provide some advice for the local government.
