摘 要:目的观察急性低温低氧共同作用下家兔肠系膜微血管口径和血流速度的效应。方法家兔10只,置于低温(-10±2℃)的冰柜中,并给吸入含氧量为8.5%的氧/氮混合气体,30min后迅速观察肠系膜的微血管口径和血流速度的变化。结果与实验前相比,急性低温低氧后家兔肠系膜微血管口径明显变小(P<0.01),血流速度明显减慢(P<0.01)。结论急性低温低氧可引起家兔肠系膜微血管的口径变小和血流速度减慢。Objective To observe the changes of the caliber of mesentery mierovessel and blood flow velocity in rabbits on the common role of acute hypothermia and hypoxia. Methods Ten rabbits are put into an icebox which had been made adjustment to a low temperature ( - 10 ±2℃ ), and inbreathed a mixture gas made of 8.5 96 oxygen and 91. 596 nitrogen. After 30min,the mice were taken out, and we quickly observed the changes of the caliber of mesentery microvessel and blood flow velocity. Results Comparing with the pre- treatment, the calibesr of the rabbits' mesentery microvesel were significantly narrowed after acute hypothermia and hypoxia ( P 〈 0. 01), and the blood flow velocity also slowd down obviously ( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Acute hypothermia and hypoxia can make the caliber of rabbit's mesentery micovesel narrow and the blood flow velocity slow down.
