乳腺肿块的二维及彩色多普勒检查与病理对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺肿块的诊断检查方法。方法:通过对96例乳腺肿块患者进行高频二维超声(2DE)及彩色多普勒血流(CDFI)超声检查,经术前肿块穿刺活检及手术证实,并与病理对比。结果:分析超声检查乳腺肿块的二维、CDFI超声特征,乳腺肿块的分布特点为外上象限>外下象限>内上象限>内下象限。超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断正确率分别为91.0%,86.2%。结论:高频二维与CDFI两者结合能提高乳腺肿块超声诊断的准确率。超声检查可作为诊断乳腺肿块的首选影像学方法。Objective Study breast lumps diagnosis examine method. In this study 96 cases with breast lumps were examined by high frequency Two-Dimensional Ultrasonography （2DE） and Color Doppler Flow Imaging （CDFI）. The cases by surgery or biopsy pathology were reviewed. The ultrasonographic feature of breast lumps were analysed, the quandrant localities of breast lumps were external-superior〉external-inferior〉internal-superior〉internal-inferior, the diagnostic accordance rate of benign and malignant tumors were 91.0% and 86.2% in ultrasonogrphy. The diagnostic accordance rate of the breast lumps could be enhanced though combining of 2DE and CDFI. Ultrasonogrphy would be served as the first choice for the breast lumps.
