摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病血钙、镁的变化及对临床分度的影响。方法:对照组124例,中、重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病组共70例,抽取静脉血,检测血钙、镁值,并进行比较分析。结果:新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),重度组与中度组差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:缺血缺氧性脑病损伤与低钙低镁有关,但钙镁浓度减低与新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病病情严重程度无关。Objectives To discuss the change ol blood calcium and magnesium on the grading of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of the newborn. Methods Blood calcium and magnesium were detectedand compared on differentHIE newborn group respectively. Results The blood concentration of calcium and magnesium in HIE group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). compared to the medium HIE group,blood calcium and magnesium of the group of serous HIE had no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Of the blood calcium and magnesium is related to hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of the newborn. But decrease of the blood calcium and magnesium has no relation to the grading of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of the newborn.
