广州市社区居民结核病知识获取途径和相关政策知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解广州市东山区黄花街道科苑居委居民接受结核病宣传教育和对结核病防治知识获取渠道情况,了解该人群对结核病相关政策的知晓情况,探索开展结核病健康教育的有效途径。方法通过上门问卷调查形式,对广州市东山区黄花街道科苑居委的居民进行了是否接受过结核病防治知识宣传教育、获取相关知识的渠道、相关免费政策知晓情况调查。结果接受过结核病宣传教育的居民约67.8%,其中以从报刊上获取信息最多(62.0%);接受过结核病宣传教育的比例与职业有关,其中以机关企事业的工作人员最高(81.1%);对政府结核病免费政策的知晓率偏低(平均为15.8%)。结论广州市东山区黄花街道科苑居委居民对政府结核病控制免费政策知晓率偏低的状况应引起重视,结核病防治知识宣传的重点是受教育程度较低的群体,尚需通过多种形式、多种途径加强结核病健康教育及免费政策宣传力度。Objective To investigate the tuberculosis related knowledge level among the residents of Keyuan Neighborhood, Dongshan District, Guangzhou City and the channels from which they obtained relevant knowledge. Methods An indoor interview and questionnaire survey were conducted among 2025 residents. Results With a response rate of 97.1%, 1967 residents met the requirements of the questionnaire survey, including 757 retirees, 365 professionals, 180 officials, 83 commercial workers, 125 service trade workers, 45 transportation workers, and 43 blue collar workers, 136 unemployed, 52 students, 90 housewives, etc. 1053 with the educational level of higher education, 579 with the level of senior middle school, 241 with the level of junior middle school, 129 with the level of primary school, and 59 being illiterates. 67.8 % of the respondents had received tuberculosis-related education, of which 62.0 % got the information from newspapers. The tuberculosis related education rate was the highest among the officials （81.1% ）. Their knowledge rate of the policy of free diagnosis and treatment of TB among the respondents was 15.8 %. Conclusion The knowledge rate of the policy of diagnosis and treatment of TB among the respondents Keyuan Neighborhood, Dongshan district, was relatively low.
