摘　　要：为了实现钻井油田中滚动轴承的振动信号测控系统从下位机到PC机的通信,本文设计了一种基于RS-485总线的方法。本文主要论述了RS-485总线在PC机和多单片机系统串行通信中的应用,设计了RS-485总线和单片机的接口,给出了通信协议,提出了上下位机的通信软件。The paper designs a method based on RS-485 to achieve the communication from target-computer to PC in a detection system on vibration signals of a rolling bearing in a drilling oil. It introduces the application of the RS-485 bus between PC and single chips, designs the interface between them, provides the communication protocols, and the communication software between host-computer and target-computer is provided
