摘　　要：目的探讨颈侧入路舌咽神经切除的手术方法和疗效。方法分析回顾我科经保守治疗3个月～1年无效后行颈侧入路舌咽神经撕脱术的20例患者的临床资料。结果20例中15例术后症状消失，5例5日后症状消失，均随访1年以上，复发2例。药物治疗可控制症状，余未见复发。结论颈侧入路撕脱舌咽神经效果好，止痛确切，并发症少，实为手术治疗原发性舌咽神经痛的首选方法。Objective To investigate the surgical operation method and curative effects of the neck side goes into the road to excis the glossopharyngeal nerve. Methods Retrospective analyze the clinical data of 20 cases. The method of the neck side goes into the mad to excis the glossopharyngeal nerve were performed for them. Results 15 sufferers in 20 which the symptoms disappeared after the surgical operaition. 5 sufferers the symptom disappeared five days later, all of them with visit a year above, 2 cases relapsed. The medicine treatment can control the symptom, remaining has no relapsed. Conclusions The neck side goes into the road to excis the glossopharyngeal nerve is effective, the complications is little. In really the surgical operation treatment the original hair tongue swallow pain of head choose the method.
