蚓激酶胶囊治疗糖尿病并发下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蚓激酶胶囊对糖尿病并发下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的疗效。方法将58例糖尿病并发下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。对照组给予降糖、降脂、抗炎、阿司匹林抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用蚓激酶胶囊2粒口服,3次/d。2组疗程均为6周。结果治疗组有效率为96.6%,明显高于对照组的57.1%(P<0.01)。结论蚓激酶胶囊治疗糖尿病并发下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块安全有效,在降糖、降脂、抗炎及阿司匹林抗血小板聚集的基础上加服蚓激酶胶囊疗效更佳。Objective To observe the beneficial effects of Lumbrokinase capsule in patients with diabetes complicated the lower limb＇ s plaque. Methods Fifty-eight with diabetes complicated the lower limb＇ s plaque were assigned to Lumbrokinase capsule group（ n = 30） on control group （n = 28） in a randomized. The contral group receives routine treatment, including descending blood sugar （B. S） and lipid, anti-inflammation, anti-platelet aggregation with aspirin, the treatment group is treated with routine method plus Lumbrokinase capsule, 2 capsule, p. o, t. i.d. Two groups both are treated for 6 weeks. Result To improve symptoms, the total effective rate in the treatment group is 96.6 %. It＇s better effect than the control group which is 57.1% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conlusions Lumbrokinase capsule is a medicine which can effectively and safely treat diabetes mellitus complicated the lower limbs＇ arterious plaque. Plus lumbrokinase capsule can gen better effect on the base of descending B. S and lipid, anti-inflanmlation, anti-platelet aggregation with aspirin.
