摘　　要：介绍邱佳信教授诊治胃癌的经验。认为胃癌的病因主要为脾胃虚弱,兼有痰瘀;治疗以健脾益气为基础,兼以清热解毒、软坚散结、活血化瘀、补肾培本;并提出处方用药特点,创制了胃肠安有效经验方。This article introduces professor Qiu Jiaxin＇s experience in the treatment of gastric cancer. It is argued that gastric cancer mainly results from asthenia of spleen and stomach, as well as phlegm and blood stagnation; that treatment focus on strengthening spleen and benefiting qi, clearing heat and resolving toxin, softening mass and activating blood and tonifying kidneys. Accordingly, the characteristics of composing prescription have been put forward and Wei Chang An, an empirical prescription created by professor Qiu, has been presented.
