地灵丹对大鼠糖尿病肾病影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方地灵丹治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用及机理。方法用链脲霉素建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,地灵丹治疗8周后,检测血糖、尿微量白蛋白含量、血及尿β2微球蛋白含量、红细胞免疫功能、血清胰岛素、血浆胰高血糖素、血清及垂体生长激素水平以及下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量、肾组织病理学等指标。结果地灵丹治疗组空腹血糖显著降低,血浆胰高血糖素降低;体重、肾重、垂体及下丘脑重量趋向正常;尿微量白蛋白含量、尿β2微球蛋白含量降低;红细胞C3b受体花环、IC花环试验百分率升高;垂体生长激素水平下降;去甲肾上腺素接近正常;肾组织基底膜增厚及线粒体膨胀程度不及模型组明显。结论地灵丹有调节神经内分泌系统功能,提高红细胞免疫吸附能力,降低蛋白尿,保护肾功能等作用。Objective To study the effects and the mechanism of herbal compound formula ＂Di Ling Dan＂ in treating diabetic nephropathy （DN）.Methods Diabetic nephropathy model was established in rats by using STZ.After treatment by ＂Di Ling Dan＂ for 8 weeks,blood Glu,mAlb,blood β2-MG,uric β2-MG,RBC-C3b-RR and RBC-IC-RR,serum insulin,IRG,GH and pathologic histology of kidney were measured.Result After the treatment,the blood Glu and IRG were reduced;avoirdupois,the weight of kidney,pituitary and thalamencephalon tended to be normal;mAlb,uric β2-MG were reduced;the percents of RBC- C3b-RR and RBC-IC-RR turned higher;GH dropped;NE tended to be normal;the degrees of the incrassation of the glomerular basement membrane and the expansion of mitochondrial in treatment group were not more remarkable than control group. Conclusion ＂Di Ling Dan＂ can adjust the function of nervous and endocrine system,enhance the ability of RBC adsorption, depress the albuminuria and protect the function of the kidney.
