摘　　要：分析了矿山企业信息系统的认识现状,研究探讨了它的组成和层次结构体系。通过明确网络通信技术与企业进化知识网络的地位、作用,以及数据库的分类设计,对矿山企业信息系统进行了具体的构思设计和完善。建立在企业事务概念的基础上,指出可以应用信息论和控制论,按企业事务的方式进行企业日常活动的组织管理,以及矿山企业信息模型和数据库的设计。In this paper, the acknowledge status of mine enterprise＇s information system （MEIS） is analyzed, its composition and hiberarchy structure are studied, on the basis of distincdy understanding the position and function of communication network technique and mine enterprise＇s evolution knowledge network, and the classified design of its database, the detailed design conceptions of improving MEIS are proposed. An enterprise transition - oriented concept （ETOC） is put forward. At last, it points out that mine enterprise＇s activities can be organized and managed, and its information model and database can be designed according to the transition - oriented framework of enterprise by use of information theory and cybernetics.
