摘 要:将来自中国、日本和韩国的77份薏苡材料在广西南宁集中种植,依照国际植物遗传资源研究所(IPGR I)提供的农艺性状鉴定方法来进行田间观察鉴定和数据采集,对其遗传多样性进行比较分析。研究结果显示,三国薏苡种质在株高、叶面积、有效分蘖数、主茎直径等形态特征和生育特性上有着明显差异;日本和韩国的薏苡生长情况较差,明显不适应在我国南方生长,在生产上直接应用意义不大。研究结果可为薏苡的起源进化、遗传育种以及野生薏苡遗传资源的保护与可持续利用等深入研究提供理论依据。In the experiment, 77 accessions of Job's tears (Coix lacryma-jobi L. ) from China, Japan and South Korea were planted in Nanning of Guangxi and their characters of genetic diversity were compared under the same condition of cultivation and climate. Data of field evaluation for Job's tears were recorded in accordance with the method described by International Plant Genetic Resources Institute. The results showed that there were obvious differences in growing characteristics and morphological characters such as plant height, leaf area, available tillering rate and diameter of stem, etc. with Job's tears germplasm from different countries. The Job's tears from Japan and South Korea grew relatively poorer, indicating that these materials were not adapted to grow in the south of China and with less value to be directly applied in commercial production. The results would provide the theory references to further research the origin and evolution, genetic breeding of Job's tears and the genetic resources protection and sustainable application of wild Job's tears.
