摘 要:为了筛选对细交链孢菌生长具有较好抑制作用的杀菌剂,分别使用抑菌圈法和生长速率法测定了18种杀菌剂对该菌3个不同菌株室内生长的抑制效果。试验结果表明,咪鲜胺、唑菌腈、丙环唑、戊唑醇、烯唑醇对该菌的抑制效果较好。根据试验结果,分析和讨论了抑菌圈法和生长速率法对该菌生长抑制效果的异同及其原因。In order to screen out fungicides with higher effects on inhibiting the growth of Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler, two test methods including inhibiting fungi circle and growing speed were used for evaluating the inhibiting activities of 18 kinds of fungicides against three isolates of the fungus in house. The results showed that prochloraz, myclobutanil, propiconazole, tebuconazole, and diniconazole strongly inhibited the growth of the fungus on PDA plates. According to the results, the similarities and differences and the causes of inhibiting effects on the growth of A. alternata in the two test methods were analyzed and discussed.
