摘　　要：目的:探讨尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及安全性方法:随机将105例急性脑梗塞患者分为溶栓治疗组与常规治疗组,两组同时给与控制脑水肿、改善微循环、脑保护剂、抗血小板聚集等治疗。溶栓组在此基础上应用尿激酶100万u加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100ml静点30min滴完。溶栓过程中给予监测6h血压、心电、血氧饱和度治疗前后对临床疗效、并发症、CT等方面进行比较分析。结果:治疗组与对照组比较疗效有显著性意义。结论:尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞有效安全。Objective：To study the clinical efficiency and reliability of urikinace in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 105 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. In treatment group. 100 thousands unit urikinace added into 100ml sodium chloride was injected by drip within 30minutes. In both groups the curative effects and complications have been observed. Results：The effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Statistlcal difference was found between the two groups,there was no difference in the incidence of complications between two groups. Condusilon Urikinace is effective and safe in the treatment of early acute cerebral infarction.
