摘　　要：为解决电工钢冷轧中试问题,设计一种新型冷轧试验轧机,不仅能轧制硅钢,也能轧制普通碳素钢、不锈钢等,还能干、湿平整金属板带。着重论述该轧机的选型、技术性能、技术特点和中试工艺。To solve the problem in the intermediate experiment in cold rolling the electric steels a new type of experimental cold rolling mill has been designed, which may roll not only the silicon steel, common carbon steel and stainless steel and etc, but also dry and wet temper the metal strip （sheet）. The present paper emphatically discusses the selection of the mill type, technical performance and characteristics and the operating intermediate experiment.
