摘　　要：总结热轧厂主传动电机一次阻尼条故障特点,描述故障的修理过程和技术要点。对轧钢用隐极式同步电机设计方案的改进和完善以及类似故障的处理具有较高的参考意义。The present paper summarizes the characteristics of the malfunction in the damper bar of the main drive motor in the Hot Strip Rolling Mill and describes the over all course of repair on the malfunction and its key technical points. This paper is of great referential value for further improvement and perfection of the design plan of the cylinder synchronous motor as well as solution of the troubles of the similar kind.
