摘  要:用固相反应法合成得到了一种钙钛矿结构的无铅新陶瓷材料(Na1/4Bi3/4)(Mg1/4Ti3/4)O3(NBMT)。NBMT为低温烧结陶瓷,成瓷温度在1 050℃左右,室温下具有六方结构,点阵常数a=4.92 nm,c=5.19 nm。NBMT陶瓷室温下的介电常数为720,在320℃附近达最大值1 900;其陶瓷呈现弛豫型铁电体的特征,ΔTm高达107℃,不同于一般弛豫铁电体,矫顽场强高于40 kV/cm。NBMT的压电常数d33为7 pC/N。A new-style of lead-free perovskite ceramic, sodium-bismuth magnesium-titanate (Na1/4Bi3/4)(Mg1/4Ti3/4)O3 (NBMT) was fabricated by conventional ceramic sintering technique. The ceramics shows hexagonal structure at room temperature. The lattice parameters a = 4.92 nm, c = 5. 19 nm. NBMT ceramic has low sintering temperature, its sintering temperature was around 1 050 ℃. Its room dielectric constant was 720 and the maximum valur reached 1 900 at 320 ℃. The dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. NBMT ceramic presents relaxor ferroelectric property, but its coercive field would be over 40 kV/cm. While its d33 was 7 pC/N.
