摘　　要：【目的】总结闭合性股动脉损伤的诊治经验。【方法】对近5年12例手术证实的闭合性股动脉损伤患者,采用端端吻合、静脉移植、ePTFE人工血管等方法治疗。【结果】12 h内治疗8例,7例功能恢复;12 h后治疗4例,3例伤残,1例恢复。总伤残率33.3%,截肢率16.7%。【结论】早期诊治、优良的血管通畅率是降低肢体伤残率、截肢率的关键,争取12 h恢复血运,超时者也应积极治疗。[Objective]To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the close femoral arterial injuries. [Methods]Twelve cases with close femoral arterial injuries confirmed by the clinical examination and Doppler were treated by end-to-end arterial anastomosis, blood vessel and ePTFE artificial blood vessel grafting, [Results]Seven of 8 cases treated in 12 hours after injury recovered function, but only one of 4 cases treated over 12 hours recovered function. The others were disabled or amputated, The total rate of the disabled was 33.3% and the amputation was perfermned in 2 patients（16. 7%）, [Conclusion]The early definite diagnosis and tretment play an important role in saving the limbs.
