生新复元胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生新复元胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的药效。方法:给予模型动物生新复元胶囊口服后,测定生新复元胶囊对大鼠骨密度、对小鼠耳廓肿胀和疼痛扭体次数的影响。结果:生新复元胶囊能明显改善维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松,抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,减少腹腔注射醋酸后所致小鼠疼痛扭体次数。结论:生新复元胶囊对股骨头坏死具有增强骨密度、抗炎、镇痛作用。To observe the pharmacological effect of SFC in treating necrosis of femoral head. Method ： The bone density of rat, the auricular tumefaction and the frequency of twist of mouse were observed. Results： SFC can improve the osteoporosis caused by methylacid,restrain the auricular tumefaction causes by dimethylbenzene,and reduce the times of twist caused by acetic acid injected in the celiac. Conclusion： SFC has the effects of increasing bone density, anti-inflammation and analgesia in treating necrosis of femoral head.
