摘 要:设计建立了一种炸药大药片撞击感度试验方法。落锤质量为20kg、落高度为0~15m。对规格黟20mm×5mm、重约2.8g的大药片进行撞击感度测试。试验测试了两种典型炸药Tetryl和JOB-9003炸药的落锤撞击感度,落锤撞击Tetryl炸药和JOB-9003炸药的爆炸阚值落高分别约3.5m和6.5m。对落锤撞击JOB-9003炸药样品的过程进行了数值计算。计算结果与试验值相符。试验结果表明。该试验方法可以测量炸药的落锤撞击感度。A method of drop hammer impact sensitivity test for big-bill explosive was developed. The weight of the hammer was 20 kg and the drop height was between 0 ~ 15 m. The size of big-bill explosive was φ20 mm× 5 mm and its weight was 2.8 g. Tetryl and JOB-9003 explosives were tested. The threshold heights of ignition for two explosives were 3.5 and 6.5 m respectively. The course of impact for JOB-9003 was simulated. The calculational result well agreed with the test. The test results show this test method can be used to measure the drop hammer impact sensitivity for explosives.
