挑刺治疗强直性脊柱炎32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察挑刺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例予挑刺治疗,对照组28例予萘普生口服治疗。2组均10日为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.6%,对照组总有效率67.9%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论挑刺疗法能消除或减轻腰背痛等临床症状,改善脊柱关节功能活动,无副作用,是治疗强直性脊柱炎较理想的方法。Objective To observe the chnical effect of fiber - picking therapy on Ankylosing Spondylitis. Methods 60 cases with Ankylosing Spondylitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with fiber-picking therapy and 28 cases in the control group were administered nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Napioxen. Ten day was a treatment course and the chnical effect was observed after three treatment courses. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.6% and 67.9% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Fiber-picking therapy has good effect on Aknylosing Spondyhtis without clinical side-effects.
