摘 要:用表面重建法对心脏组织切片进行了三维重建。重建中应用了火棉胶定轴包埋与连续组织切片技术,并根据三次参数样条曲线理论,对心脏进行了非线性拟合,同时结合多边形顶点插值,计算三维表面灰度。结果:清晰显示出了人体心脏的外部轮廓与内部结构。结论:此项研究对临床诊断、手术模拟与基础教学均颇具意义。PURPOSE To establish an algorithm of three-dimensional (3-D) reconstruction of heart from a series of two-dimensional section by using the surface method. METHODS In order to identify the relative coordinate of sections, three fine wires Were embedded into the cellulose block of heart specimen. The surface contour was fitted with the third-order spline function. Interpolation was calculated in terms of normal vectors of intersections of surface grid to determine the grey of pixel. RESULTS The reconstructed 3-D image showed heart surface realistically. The image can move around arbitrary axis and cut along faculative section to observe the detail of heart. CONCLUSIONS The method has significance for clinical diagnoses, imitating operation and education. Especially it can be applied to reconstruction of heart from ultralfast CT sections.
