摘 要:CCD以其诸多优点,在天文观测中得到广泛应用。为了提高CCD性能,在实验室条件下,对国家天文台已有的CCD控制系统BIRAC,进行了温度对CCD采集电路性能影响的实验,以及板上A/D转换器误差校正,参考电压对噪声影响的研究。根据实验数据,得到上述各因素对CCD最终输出结果的影响程度,并提出与之对应的解决和优化方法。The CCD camera has been widely used in astronomy with high performances. In order to improve the performance of CCD data acquisition, we made an experiment on CCD data acquisition circuit in the lab with BIRAC CCD controller system in the National Astronomical Observatory and studied the influence of temperature, error of ADC and reference voltage on CCD data acquisition circuit. Based on experiment data, the degree of influence caused by those factors and some optimization methods are proposed. Finally the advantage of a method to processing data measured in reducing CCD readout noise is also introduced.
