中药脱敏凝胶治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药脱敏凝胶体对牙本质敏感症治疗的效果。方法将396例牙本质敏感症的808颗牙按就诊顺序分成两组,试验组404颗牙用中药脱敏凝胶治疗,对照组404颗牙用75%氟化钠甘油糊剂脱敏治疗。结果试验组总有效率94.80%,而对照组仅为68.81%,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药脱敏凝胶是一种理想的脱敏药物。Objective To observe the effect of the Gel of the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment hypersensitive dentine. Methods 396 cases of hypersensitive dentine were divided into experiment group and the Gel of the Traditional Chinese Medicine treated control group. 404 teeth of experiment group. 404 teeth of control group were treated 75 96 cataplasm of soditan fluoride ＆ glycerin. Results The efficiency rate of experiment group was 94.80%. The control group was 68.81%. Conclusion The Gel of the Traditiomd Chinese Medicine would be a kind of perfect drudgery of treating hypersensitive dentine.
