摘　　要：目的了解男男性接触者艾滋病危险行为状况,为行为干预提供依据。方法收集整理同志酒吧里114例男男性接触者的资料。结果114例男男性接触者中,年龄最小17岁,最大47岁,平均年龄24岁;文化程度以中学(专)为主,绝大部分未婚。22.8%第1次性接触对象为男性,33.3%与同性有稳定的性接触,过去1个月与非固定同性性伴接触次数大部分<5次,性伴侣中商业性伴占14.0%,一夜情占46.5%;36.0%曾提供过有偿性服务,服务对象为男性占43.9%,为女性占19.5%,两者兼有占36.6%;过去6个月发生同性性接触时,每次均使用安全套仅占31.6%;34.2%男男性接触者曾做过皮肤性病专科检查,71.1%愿意接受免费性病艾滋病检查;怀疑自己得了性病,75.4%首选去政府公立医院,但仍有18.4%自己买药吃,13.2%去私人诊所。结论为防止艾滋病在男男性接触者中流行和二代传播,必须加大力度,通过政府、专业机构和志愿者共同努力,开展有针对性的干预活动。Objective Understands male masculine contact AIDS dangerous behavior condition,and provide basis for behavior intervention. In the sexual companion the commercial partner occupies 14.0%, one night of sentiment occupies 46.5%. 36.0% once provided the paid service. The service object occupies 43.9% for the male, occupies 19.5% for the female, two concurrently has occupies 36.6%. 78.1% male masculine contacts think sends when the natural disposition contact with the homogeneity uses the life jacket very has the necessity. When past 6 months had the homogeneous contact, each time all used the life jacket only occupy 31.6%. 34.2% male masculine contacts once made the skin venereal diseases faculty inspect 71.1% is willing to accept the free venereal diseases AIDS inspects.
