不同品种紫花苜蓿冬季再生草化感作用的研究

摘　　要：以萝卜种子为受体,采用培养皿砂培法的生物检测方法对10个品种紫花苜蓿冬季再生草的化感作用进行研究。结果表明,不同品种的紫花苜蓿茎叶浸提液在适宜浓度下均对萝卜种子的萌发、幼根和幼苗的生长产生明显的促进作用,说明供试的紫花苜蓿品种均存在化感作用;同一浓度处理下,不同品种表现出很大的差异;不同品种化感作用的适宜浓度范围不同;艾丽丝、艾格、赛特和三德利的化感作用较强。The allelopathy of ten varieties of winter regrowth Medicago sativa was tested in culture plate and sand culture bioassays. Aqueous extracts of stems and leaves from ten varieties of Medicago sativa apparently accelerated seed germination, growth of seedlings and roots of the radish assay plants. It indicated that there was an allelopathy effect from these ten varieties of Medicago sativa to radish. At the same concentration, allelopathy differed between the ten varieties. The extract concentrates from the varieties Alize, Alegro,Sitel and Sanditi showed a greater allelopathic effect than those from the other varieties of Medicago sativa.
