摘  要:大庆油田为给提高深层地层机械钻速提供科学依据,在徐深21井的泉头组2段以下非储层段进行了空气钻井试验。试验结果表明,空气钻井能大幅提高机械钻速,与常规钻井相比,纯空气钻井机械钻速提高4~6倍,充气钻井提高1倍以上,空气钻井井段的井斜控制在设计范围内,井径扩大率比常规钻井液钻井略大。这表明大庆油田外围深部地层稳定性良好,适合应用空气钻井技术。In order to acquire data necessary to increasing penetrating speed in deep formation, the Daqing oilfield tested non-reservoir formations beneath section Quantou-2 in Well Xushen-21 with air drilling. Tests results indicate that air drilling can considerable increase the ROP, that of pure air drilling is 4~6 times higher than conventional drilling operation, and 2 times as high as one of aerified drilling. Inclination of hole-section penetrated by air drilling can be controlled within planned range, and its hole enlargement is slightly larger than conventional one, which indicate that the deeper formation in the Daqing oilfield behave good stability, and is suitable for air drilling.
