摘  要:介绍了合成基密闭液的室内研制与现场应用情况。合成基密闭液是一种以有机酯为连续相,以增塑树脂为主要成膜材料的新型密闭液。室内试验和国内外钻井密闭取心现场应用结果表明,合成基密闭液具有性能稳定、耐高温(170℃)、密闭效果好(单井岩心密闭率可达到100%)、贮存期长(12个月)等优点,适用于浅井和深井密闭取心。This paper introduces developments and field applieations of a synthetic sealing fluid. The synthetic-based sealing fluid is a new type of sealing fluid, and the continuous phase of which is an organic ester with a plasticizing resin serving as the main film-forming material. It has been applied in sealing core drilling at home and overseas. Praetiees show that it has the advantages of universal raw material, stable performance, resistant high temperature 170 ℃, excellent sealing effect, core sealing rate of a well 100%, storage more than 12 mouths and so on. This system can be employed for sealing core drilling in shallow or deep wells.
