摘  要:目前,海洋深水钻井已经超过3 000 m水深,但随着水深的增加,海水温度逐渐降低,而在低温下,水泥浆对温度很敏感,1~2℃的偏差会导致水泥凝结时间产生很大的变化,这就给固井带来了很大的挑战。因此,准确模拟深水注水泥过程中温度的变化是深水固井成功的关键。探讨了深水固井注水泥过程中水泥浆的温度变化、水泥浆候凝期的水化热情况,介绍了模拟注水泥过程中和候凝期温度变化的方法和措施,以指导水泥浆设计。The depth of the sea water have been exceeding 3 000 m in some sea area of the world where oil and gas wells are being drilled. Wi temperature conditions, cement sl th the water depth increasing, seawater temperature reduce gradually. At low ry properties are very sensitive to temperature, variation of 1~2℃ may greatly prolong or shorten the thickening and set waiting time of the cement. This will be very dangerous for cementing job. So, temperature predietion beeome very important and be a key faetor for sueeessful well eementa tion in deepwater. The purpose of the artiele is to diseuss the temperature programme of the deepwater'eement slurry during pumping and set waiting period. The paper also discussed the temperature simulation methods which help designing deepwater cement slurry in laboratory.
