摘　　要：黄84井是江苏油田的一口老区开发调整井,在钻井作业过程中遇到了异常高压地层,发生了溢流、卡钻、井漏等一系列井下复杂情况和事故。介绍了该井的实钻情况并详细阐述了事故处理过程,分析认为异常高压、溢流及泄压不到位等是造成井下事故的原因,并从中总结出了经验教训,这对今后江苏油田老区钻开发调整井具有一定的参考价值。The Well Huang-84 is an exploration and adjustment well located in developed area of Jiangsu Oilfield. Because of its abnormal pressure a series of troubles, such as overflow, circulation loss and sticking happened during drilling operations. General situation about the well is presented in this paper. Accident procedures are described and analyzed in detail. It is concluded that abnormal pressure, overflow and improper de compression are the reasons bringing in those troubles. Finally, the experience and lessons are summed up to direct future development and adjustment of the oilfield.
