摘  要:为了提升潜水轴流泵的性能,研究其内部流动规律,采用标准κ-ε双方程湍流模型和压强连接的隐式修正SIMPLEC算法对国产ZQ2870C-4潜水轴流泵全流道进行了CFD分析,得出流道内叶片、导叶表面速度、压力分布规律,依此分布规律指出了该泵轴面流道及叶片设计存在的不足,应对叶片、导叶型线以及导叶部分轴面流道形状进行适当的调整.根据泵进出口速度、压力分布规律,预测了泵的能量特性曲线,实验表明:预测的结果较为理想,但在偏离设计工况下的湍流模型还需要做进一步的研究.In order to improve the performance of submersible axial pump and to attain the rule of inside flow field, the standard κ-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm are applied to simulate the full flow passage of the ZQ2870C - 4 submersible axial pump by CFD. According to the rule of distribution of velocity and pressure on surfaces of blade and guide blade, the design deficiencies of the pump at axial section flow channel and blade are pointed out, and the optimum profiles of blade, guide blade and the shape of axial section flow channel are obtained. Based on the simulation, performance curve of the pump is predicted. The result of the computation indicates that the value of prediction accords with experimental data at design condition. Further study is required for the turbulent model at the off-design condition.
