摘 要:为了掌握屏蔽泵能耗的计算方法,对造成屏蔽泵功率损失的原因进行了分析,研究了屏蔽电机与普通电机的能耗差别,总结了屏蔽套能耗的计算方法,屏蔽套的能耗与屏蔽套的材料、厚度、定转子的长径比、液体的粘度、转数、冷却循环回路等有关.以江苏大学新开发的化工屏蔽泵为例,对其设计点的能耗进行了计算并与实测结果作了比较,结果表明屏蔽泵能耗计算值与实测值基本相符.通过试验,验证了屏蔽套能耗与转子旋转的液体摩擦损失有关.计算方法考虑了转子旋转的液体摩擦是正确的,该计算方法对化工屏蔽泵的设计具有指导意义.The causes of power loss of canned motor pumps were analyzed. The difference of power loss between canned motors and ordinary motors were compared. The computation method for cases loss was introduced. The power loss was interrelated with thickness and material of cases, length and diameter of stators and rotors, viscosity of liquid, revolution, and cooling circuit. By taking a chemical pump developed by Jiangsu University as an illustration, the feasibility of this method was validated by comparing the calculating result with testing result. The testing result indicated that the cases loss was interrelated with the friction loss of rotors. This computational method will provide instructional guidance for the design of chemical canned pumos.
