摘　　要：西部地区是我国少数民族集中分布区,由于历史、地理、地质、气候和自然环境等原因,长期以来这些地区经济发展滞后,商业流通发展缓慢。所以扩大内需,拉动经济增长,就必须繁荣市场,加快商业流通发展。由于是少数民族地区,有几个问题必须关注,即商业流通与民族团结、城乡商业发展差距、特殊商品供给、市场监管、生态脆弱区匹配的商业流通、农牧民商品交换意识培养、留住富人消费群体等。The westem area is the place where national minorities are mainly distributed. The local economy and commercial circulation has been lagged behind in these areas because of lfistory, geography, geology, climate and natural environment etc. Several questions the local commercial circulation should be noted as to including the relationship of commercial circulation and the national unity, the disparity of city and countryside commercial development, the special commodity supplies, market supervising and managing, eowanereial eirculafion matching with the ecology frail area, exchange consciousness raising of the herdsman, ete..
