摘　　要：介绍了新时期高校图书馆的职能,包括其服务性、教育性、开放性、社会性,馆藏文献的特色性、数字性和虚拟性以及馆员素质的综合性。This paper introduces the functions of university library in the new period, which include its serviceability, educationahility, openness and socialness, the peculiarity, digitalness and virtualness of its collected literatures, and the comprehensiveness of librarians＇ quality.
