图书馆文献实行招标采购的思考

摘　　要：图书馆文献实行招标采购,降低了文献的购价,发挥了有限资金的使用效益,保证了文献来源的质量,获得了增值服务,提高了采访工作效益,但又存在受供应商经营范围或阅读平台的局限,地方文献采集、电子读物及数据库采购困难等问题。鉴于此,提出了图书馆文献实行招标采购应着重解决的问题与办法。Carrying out the public bidding for library＇ s literature acquisitioning can reduce the acquisitioning cost of the literatures, give full play to the use benefit of the limited funds, guarantee the quality of the literature sources, obtain the value-added service, and increase the efficiency of the acquisitioning work. However, there are some problems in the literature acquisitioning work such as the limitation of suppliers＇ operation scope, the difficulties in the collection of the local literatures and in the purchasing of the electronic books and databases. This paper puts forward the problems that should be solved in and some acquisitioning. corresponding methods for carrying out the public bidding for library＇s literature acquisitioning.
