摘　　要：系统阐述了图书馆文化建设对于建设中国先进文化、形成学习型社会、实现图书馆事业可持续发展具有的重要意义。为使图书馆文化建设实现新的历史性发展,必须树立5个创新观念,在事业发展模式、图书馆建筑文化、图书馆结构、业务建设和技术方面实施创新建设。This paper systematically expounds the important significance of library＇s culture construction on constructing Chinese advanced culture, forming the learning-type society, and realizing the sustainable development of the library cause. In order to realize the new historical development of library＇s culture construction, must establish five innovation concepts, and carry out the innovation construction from aspects of the developing mode of the cause, the architectural culture of the library, the structure of the library including the organizational structure, internal basic system structure and resources structure, business construction, and technology, etc.
