摘  要:目的探讨Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CCSP)在儿童哮喘中的作用及血清和诱导痰CCSP的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测34例哮喘临床缓解期儿童血清、诱导痰CCSP水平,同时对25例健康儿童血清CCSP水平进行测定,对两者进行比较。结果临床缓解期哮喘儿童血清CCSP明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001);血清和诱导痰CCSP水平呈正相关(r=0.772 P<0.01)。结论CCSP在儿童哮喘的发生、发展中可能起保护作用,血清CCSP水平可反映呼吸道中CCSP水平。Objective To explore the role of Clara cell secretory protein(CCSP) in asthmatic children and compare the levels of CCSP in sera and induced sputum. Methods Thirty-four children with asthma who were in remission and 25 healthy controls were enrolled. Sera and hypertonic saline-induced sputum were obtained in asthmatic children,and sera alone were obtained in control subjects. The levels of CCSP were measured in sera and induced sputum by enzyme linked irnmunosorbent assay. Results Asthmatic children, compared with controls, had significantly lower concentration of CCSP in sera( P〈0.001 ). There were significant positive correlation of CCSP levels in sera with that of in induced sputum ( r=0.772 P〈0.01 ). Conclusion CCSP may play a protective role in the pathogenesis and development of asthma,and the sera CCSP levels may preferably reflect the CCSP concentration in airways.
