摘  要:针对潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸问题,分析了现有后备保护方案存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于广域测量系统(WAMS)的可识别潮流转移的新型后备保护方案,引入了用于估算发生潮流转移后电网中潮流分布的潮流转移因子(flowtransferringrelativityfactor,FTRF)的概念,推导了FTRF矩阵的计算方法。对新英格兰10机39节点系统进行了潮流转移的仿真计算,验证了所提出广域后备保护方案的有效性。To solve the cascading tripping caused by power flow transferring, the defects of existing backup protection are analyzed, and the scheme of a new type of backup protection based on wide area measurement system (WAMS), which can identify power flow transferring, is proposed. The concept of flow transferring relativity factor (FTRF), which can be used to evaluate the power flow distribution in power system after the power flow transferring occurred, is led into the proposed scheme, and a method to calculate FTRF matrix is deduced. Taking New England 10-unit 39-bus system as the case, the power flow transferring is simulated and simulation results show that the proposed wide area backup protection scheme is effective.
