摘 要:以水为溶剂,H2O2为氧化剂,Ti-MWW催化烯丙醇环氧化制备环氧丙醇的反应条件温和,产率高,对环境友好,并考察了反应温度、烯丙醇和H2O2的配比对环氧化反应的影响以及温度和pH值对副反应的影响.在此基础上提出了可能的反应机理,建立了主、副反应的动力学模型,确定了模型参数并对模型进行了检验.The epoxidation of allyl alcohol (AAL) with hydrogen peroxide to glycidol (GLY) over Ti - MWW catalyst using H2O as solvent is one of the most promising processes in industry for its mild reaction condition, high yield and friendly to environment. The influence of reaction temperature and the ratio of AAL to H2O2 on this reaction has been investigated. Simultaneously, the effects of temperature and pH on the secondary reaction have been analyzed. Based on the above, the possible reaction mechanism and kinetics models of main and secondary reactions are obtained. Comparing of calculated data with experimental results indicates the availability of the kinetics models.
